Reports and Certification
We carry out Periodic Inspection Reports for Homebuyers and Landlords as well as for insurance purposes. Where required we notify Local Building Control.

Part P Compliance
All domestic work carried out comes complete with the relevant printed certificates and where applicable Local Building Control is notified. Part P accreditation is with NAPIT, the National Association of Professional Inspectors and Testers. For more information about Part P go to www.napit.org.uk

Insurance and Guarantees
As a requirement under Part P, we hold £2million public liability insurance as well as professional indemnity insurance.

Our work is guaranteed under the NAPIT insurance backed Work Quality Guarantee Scheme.

Estimates and Callouts
We do not charge for written quotes and advice for electrical work within our local area. We have a minimum callout charge for electrical work. This is dependant on your location.
