Louise Turner
Background & Experience:
A graduate in Management Sciences at UMIST, Louise started her career on a three year graduate programme at Chevron, culminating in an advertising & promotions role.
During a seven year career with Boots she developed extensive experience in product and brand management through roles in buying, category management and brand development. She was also involved in a process redesign project which led to a significant re-organisation and worked on developing and understanding the role of Boots' products and developing guidelines to manage and protect the brand through product and in-store.
A senior role at The Body Shop followed, where Louise developed a greater global perspective, working across four international teams and a number of international franchisees. This role involved setting global product strategy, developing processes to ensure regional issues were resolved, agreeing strategy at board level and implementation.
